We raise hormone-free beef on nearly 250 acres of pasture in the Youngs River Valley. You buy a quarter, half, or whole share directly from us. Matt's Custom Meats in Longview, WA cuts and wraps it to your instructions. That is about 50 miles from Astoria.

We harvest once a year, in October/November, so shares are sold once a year. Fall 2026 shares are sold out. Send us a note and we will get back to you when next season's shares open.
