How Our Pricing Works

We base our pricing on the hanging weight of your beef—about 750 lbs for a whole share, 375 lbs for a half, and 185-190 lbs for a quarter (actual weights may vary). This ensures fairness for both you and us.

Our interactive order form shows approximate costs, yields, and processing fees for your 1/4, 1/2, or whole share, updated dynamically based on your selection. Final amounts are determined at harvest in October or November 2026.
