What's Included in a 1/4, 1/2, or Whole Beef Share?
Quarter Share: 185-190 lbs hanging weight
Half Share: 365-375 lbs hanging weight
Whole Share: 740-750 lbs hanging weight
All are custom cut and wrapped by Matt's Custom Meats.
How Do I Customize My Beef Share with Matt's Custom Meats?
Matt's team will contact you directly to discuss your cut preferences—whether you want roasts, steaks, ground beef, or other options.
Is Your Beef Safe for My Family?
Yes. Our beef is raised hormone-free, following natural sustainable practices on Youngs River Road, southeast of Astoria, Oregon. We never use routine antibiotics—if an animal needs treatment, it's only under veterinary supervision.
Where and When Can I Pick Up My Beef?
Matt's Custom Meats in Longview, WA (50 miles from ranch). Harvests occur in October/November, requiring 3 weeks for processing.

What's "Hanging Weight"?

What If I'm New to Buying Beef Shares?
No problem! We provide guidance through the entire reservation and pickup process. Contact us with any questions.
Is Your Beef Available Year-Round?
No. We harvest in October/November only. Our shares have sold out as early as April for November harvests, so reserve early!
What Size Freezer Do I Need?
Quarter: 5-7 cubic feet
Half: 8-10 cubic feet
Whole: 16-20 cubic feet

Quarter: $1,354 - $1,390 total
