• Beef share order form: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the beef share you select.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and your message.

We do not collect or store your card or banking details on this website (see Payments below).

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Process and track your beef share reservation and deposit.
• Contact you about your order, harvest timing, cutting instructions, and your final invoice.
• Respond to questions you send through the contact form.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Payments

Reservation deposits and final payments are processed securely by Square. When you pay a deposit, you are redirected to Square's hosted checkout to enter your card details. Your card information is handled by Square and is not collected or stored by Tucker Creek Ranch. Square's handling of your payment information is governed by Square's own privacy policy.

How your information is stored

Our website is hosted on Netlify, and order and contact form submissions are stored through Netlify's form service so we can fulfill your order. To make the checkout and order-confirmation pages work, your browser temporarily stores your reservation details on your own device (using your browser's session storage); this is cleared when you close the tab. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, keep accurate business and tax records, and respond to follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask a question about this policy, by reaching out through our contact page. If you email us, you can ask to stop receiving order-related messages, though we may still need to contact you about an active reservation.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults purchasing beef shares. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
